Changes to the Net Zero City Project

As many of you are now aware, the Net-Zero City Project aims to commoditize technologies that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and integrate business models that create multiple avenues for profit and sustainability into the structure and development of a city.

It is the intention of the Board to invest in each company and technology that will be part of the final recommendations. Each technology application will be considered by our finance team for investment and commercial viability. Equity investment can be guided to redirect resources to solve the most urgent carbon-emissions problems.

Eventually, we will build a corporate-driven, innovative city or community that fosters quality of life by using cutting edge technology and design to eliminate carbon emissions, increase health, foster culture & lifestyle, and integrate technology in helpful ways to uplift residents’ prosperity.

By design, we have developed this program to begin the development process by assessing resource needs, then technology assistance, job creation and availability, and lastly, infrastructure needs. There are immediate economic opportunities that can be created for Canadians in supply chain inputs, infrastructure, and support services as the world shifts away from fossil fuels towards a cleaner future.

Updates in the United States:

We are now speaking to several developers in the USA who are interested in implementing the results of the Net Zero City Project and partnering with us to increase ROI for investors. We have been approached by several technology groups who would like to negotiate a partnership deal.

Updates In Canada:

Over the last several weeks our team has been speaking with representatives of the Canadian Federal Government to gather support for the Net Zero City Project. We’ve determined the Project qualifies for significant support from the government, both financially and from a policy standpoint.

In order to qualify for financing, we require:

  1. A municipal partner to work with on the policy development and possible selection of location for the first development.

  2. Pre-selection of technologies that will be considered in the development process.

Phases of Development

This is the initial pathway we had developed for the Net Zero City Project.

        I.           Applicants & Committees

II.           Creation of Technology Integration Blueprint & Implementation of Recommendations

     III.           Finalize Business Model

IV.           Capital Raise, Capital Structure & Purchase of Select Technologies

      V.           Invest in Technologies, Commoditize Technologies

VI.           Capital Raise, Source & Purchase Land

VII.           Architectural Designs & Engineering Plans

VIII.           Develop City Policy and Cultural Integration Initiatives

    IX.           Capital Raise, Begin Development

      X.           Implemented Technologies Begin to Generate Revenue

We will now be starting at Phase IV and continuing the rest of the Project as planned.

We will consider requests submitted to do an initial LOI for technology use in the Net Zero City Development project and will use those technologies as a baseline for any other work that is considered. We are now also actively looking for new technologies and approaching them with partnership opportunities, moving directly into negotiations with green tech groups.

We will open up financing opportunities for green-tech investors to participate in our offerings. In the coming weeks we will open up the investor portal to interested parties at their request, and begin structuring the city development project.

The Net Zero City Project Applications

We are still taking applications for the Net Zero City Project.

The Canadian Federal Government is interested in the results our Project will produce. The opportunity for cities to use the blueprint we are creating to accelerate national and international net-zero objectives is huge, and the Canadian government is the first to take notice of this work. We anticipate significant international exposure for the Net Zero City Project and all of its partners.

The tentative start date of the committees is set to begin in October 2024. At this time we are still on track for that goal and we remain hopeful that applications will continue to be submitted in a timely manner so we can coordinate all activities.

Committee time requirements and your contributions will remain the same.

The purpose of the Net-Zero City Project is to design infrastructure that has a net-zero carbon footprint. We will be answering the following questions:

  • Which technologies are the most appropriate to use, and how can they be integrated to achieve emissions reductions while ensuring reliability, affordability, and generating industry-level competitiveness for each technology?

  • Further, how will these technologies work together across functions, and how much land, power, and resources will be required to develop and run the city?

The objectives of the Net-Zero City Project:

  • Discovering and utilizing the newest possible clean technology available in the world today.

  • To design from scratch, infrastructure that integrates technologies to deliver net-zero emissions.

  • Develop multiple avenues for profit and sustainability into the structure and development of the city.

  • Create a comprehensive technology integration blueprint for our partners and collaborators to use in their development projects ongoingly.

Committee members will be selected from the applicants who submit their applications by the April 25, 2024 deadline, and who meet the minimum criteria below:

  1. Qualified to participate.

  2. Can afford to participate (aka, their company has enough money to put into both participating on the committee and/or panel, and to implement any technology that they are recommending be used as part of the project).

  3. The applicant’s company is at minimum partially financed, or they have received grant funding to move their projects along.

Further information is available in the application package or on our website at www.netzerocityproject.com.

If you and/or your company fit within these categories, or you have vendor partners who are likely to fit, please download the application form and submit your application as soon as possible. You can download the application form by clicking here.

We are excited to partner with and invest in the technologies that will be selected by the Net-Zero City Project committees. The results of these collaborations will form the benchmark for North American sustainability strategies and design.
